Decent brush, slow delivery
I bought the Volumewave heated brush. The brush itself is pretty good; it does give some volume and handles my hair without much fuss. I do wish the shipping had been faster though, it took closer to a week to arrive than the 3-5 days I was expecting. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but didn't offer much in the way of a solution beyond 'it's on its way.' Overall, I'm happy with the brush, just had to be patient waiting for it.
